Are top display's creative and according to the stock below ( See it Buy it ) ?
Is the shelf at the back of till dressed to Planogram ?
Are the Best Sellers for both Company & Store in key sightlines across the store and in all departments ? Is relevant action being taken with slow sellers ?
Is the store clean & tidy with best practice VM standards in place ? (Stuffing, excessive duplication, baskets on the floor, etc )
Is cash desk free of glass bowls and extra pick n' mix ?
Is the store fully replenished in all areas ?
Are all mannequins appropriately dressed to Planogram and styled accordingly ?
Are all the bases clean and dust free?
Are the correct size garments and footwear being used on all adult and childrens mannequins ?
Are mannequins positioned in the right locations around the store ?
Is the shop floor displaying the correct volumes of stock? Are levels consistent where possible ?
Has the store been in contact with their Merch Buddy with any stock issues ?
Are all Notice Boards up to date & placed in good locations ?
Are new starters being trained on VM standards ?
Is the current Planogram(s) filed and easy to access by any member of the team ? Is it up to date ?
Does the store have an up to date inventory of VM / MARKETING Comms ?
Is the Stock Room clean and VM props free ?
Is the VM storage area being well maintained ?
Are old props being recycled, returned, disposed of as appropriate ?
Is all ex display stock written off or returned to the floor ?
Are all team members being briefed on current VM and Marketing Comms ?
