  • You have read the Policy which is> The health, safety and well being of people working on this farm is important and we will do all that is reasonably practicable to ensure that they are not injured at work. We aim to have a farm that is free of hazards and injury where people enjoy life and work. To help us achieve a safe workplace, we ask people working on this farm to (1) Participare in our efforts to manage work health and safety. (2) Follow all safety instructions and to work safely so they are not injured or cause injury to other people. (3) report all safety hazards and risks they identify, and (4) Report all injury or near miss incidents where a workers health or safety is at risk.

  • Duties of you as a worker<br> While at work, a worker must —<br> (a) take reasonable care for the worker’s own health and safety; and<br> (b) take reasonable care that the worker’s acts or omissions do not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons; and<br> (c) comply, so far as the worker is reasonably able, with any reasonable instruction that is given by the person conducting the business or undertaking to allow the person to comply with this Act; and<br> (d) cooperate with any reasonable policy or procedure of the person conducting the business or undertaking relating to health or safety at the workplace that has been notified to workers.
