Supervision: Gabriel Cain Total Man Hours=10

Overall Supervision. Pre AHCA on 9th, 8th, & 7th floors. Remove soft ICRA on Waldemere Tower side on 8th, & 7th floors.

Framers: Bill Bedini, Bob Jones, Kevin Lewis. Total Man Hours=24

Tasks: Today's Tasks were continuing to demo of the existing stucco at Elevator-K for installation of the 2hr fire rated shaft wall.

Delays, Questions, and Conflicts. When we opened up the highest point on the 6th floor we discovered that the existing wall is not constructed as a 2hr assambly. When i brought this up with Randy of Skanska we came up with an alternate plan of, turning the shaft wall to the west 4' over, and attaching to the stucco. The new direction will pass the shaft over the already framed 2hr 3.5" wall which is framed all the way to the exterior and will complete the compartment.

Tasks: Today's tasks were frame and hang the South Elevation at Elevator-K where Vertical Expansion steps 18" to the East.

Framing and hanging this task are complete. This Elevation is now completed as far as WalMark can go until scaffold is removed, third floor concrete roof is cut open, and the new curb is poured for us to set framing on. Gilberto and Edgar worked the area until 12:00 then moved to helping stock materials on scaffold for new laminated shaft wall construction. Edgar, stayed today to go up to the 2nd fl CCD-66, Frozen Storage Lab to install soft ICRA for mechanical work above ceiling directed by Tom Glenn. This work was for 2hrs.

Tasks: Clean area out of all debris, hang soffit ceiling rip, and frame soffit at the cashiers window. Area, CCD-108.1

Area is clean, board is hung, the soffit is framed and hung on the face only. Borrell has to install lights in soffit before we can close up. Note: We were unable to frame soffit before because all bottom board had to be completed and caulking done at head of wall. Bottom board hanging was completed this past Saturday.

Tasks: Frame and Hang in Chaplin's Office Area.

Today they continued framing of the high walls in the area, they were also able to top out some of the walls. In this area as WalMark has discussed with Scott Davis of Skanska the wall framing, hanigng, and finishing will all have to be done in sections and as we go due to the height of ceilings, and lay out of the space making completion of normal construction not possable.

Hangers: Jose and Seriloi Tomayo. Total Man Hours=16

Task: Hang Drywall, and Frame Damper Opening on 2-CCD66

Today they hung the rest of the bottom board including laminating board to CMU wall in Equipment Storage SS2022 They also hung the top out in the O.R. corridor or south side of Equipment room where WalMark infilled the old demoed alcove. The Damper opening framing given to us Saturday is complete.

Delays, Questions, Conflicts. In PassageWay SS2026, WalMark is unable to complete work in here due to Anti room construction. We are requesting that the plastic that is up now be taken down and replaced by either a door installed in frame SS2026 or plastic with a zipper/Velcro. If this can be done as the new Anti room WalMark will be able to complete hanging and finishing. The Anti room is holding back completion of bottom board on the east side from being hing amd finished and the top out on the west side.

Labors/Material Stocking: Juan Moreno, Angel, Hernandez, Ireno Laureano. Total Man Hours=24

Tasks: Stock areas with materials.

Today's task of stocking materials included, stocking the 7th fl Machine Room for Elevator-K shaft wall framing. Stocking exterior scaffold at Elevator-K for framing of laminated shaft wall inside elevator shaft.

Finishers: Wall Rosario, Ronald Hooker. Total Man Hours=16

Tasks: Finish walls on 2-CCD66, Finish at temp door on 7th fl Elevator-K Machine Room.

Today they continued finishing on CCD-66. They also went to 7 to continue finishing at the temp door. The 7th fl finishing at temp door is complete with the exception of sanding. We will sand in the morning first thing. Ready for paint 9:00am.
