building rules:<br>-Do use trivets or mats under the hot dishes and cookware on marble <br>- Move-in/out times: 8 AM to 8 PM.<br>- Ensure vehicle height is 2.3 meters for furniture transport.<br>- Use a 4-wheeled trolley for moving furniture.<br>- Tenants are responsible for costs related to any damage during move-in/out or use of building facilities.<br>- Replace consumables like hand sprays or filters at your own expense.<br>- Dispose of garbage in the designated chute.<br>- Smoking is prohibited in all common areas.<br>- Dispose of unwanted furniture outside the building.<br>- Do not store items in staircases.<br>- Use stairs for emergency exits.<br>- Storing items in the basement is not permitted.<br>- Keep corridors, especially in front of units, clear.<br>- For emergencies or inquiries, contact security via intercom.<br>- Use service lifts for moving furniture.<br>- Avoid using colored paints inside WC tank any damage will be at your cost if same act.<br>- Maintenance is available from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM; call customer care at 600 50 50 52 for service requests.<br>- Access must be granted for emergencies like water leaks or fire alarms when the khidmah requsted to tenant.
