Pre Campaign Checks

  • 1. Have you received all POS via Besley & Copp in store by the date given in the campaign guide?

  • 2. Have you received all relevant Posters/Shelf Edge Strip as explained in the campaign guide?

  • 3. Have NEW ingredients/products been ordered via BAKO/BID FOOD ready for campaign launch?

  • These are readily available via the BAKO/BID FOOD LINKS

  • 4.0 Have you printed all DAY DOT SHEETS, NEW SPECS & SHELF LIFE GUIDES?

  • These should be printed and ready to be replaced in store on launch day.

  • 5.0 Have you had a staff meeting ready before campaign launch?

  • During the meeting it's important to go over the following;
    How to freshly finish all products - Taste and Try each product - The reason for the campaign - Your expectations - Allergen information - New and Delisted Promos
    This is a great time to get everyone excited and behind the campaign.
    Merchandise the window with new product in several ways, take pictures and send to teams to help them create show stopping windows.

  • Do teams understand the correct way to day part in store in line with the campaign?

  • 6.0 Have you set clear targets for teams around new campaign products?

  • It's important you are clear with teams your expectations with targets on new products. Think of putting a competition in place...

Night Before Campaign Launch

  • 6.0 Have all posters been replaced IN STORE with new campaign posters?

  • Think about where you place each poster, is this visible to the customer? Are you getting the best out of your placements?

  • 7.0 Are all labels and product out ready for launch in the morning?

  • Any items that are not DOP should be taken out the night before to defrost ready for the morning to sell.

  • 8.0 Has the store been remerchandised to give a new look and feel ready for the campaign launch?

  • Remerchandise your to give a new look and feel and keep customers excited. Ensure the window is ready for product in the morning and has been changed regularly giving new looks. (you should have several window looks from your team meeting).

Day of Campaign Launch

  • 9.0 Has the till been checked to ensure send down has worked and all products and promos are working as per the campaign guide?

  • If you have any issues with your WRS tills please call the help desk or alternatively send an email using your "WRS responsibilities posters".

  • 10.0 Does the store have show stopping displays?

  • Please include photos of the following;
    Window - Tills - Hot Counter - Confectionary - Deli - Grab and Go - Around The Stores/POS Placement & A Boards.
