Loading Inspection

  • Upon entering pad did you visually inspect area around berm/tank battery for spills or irregularities?<br>

  • Site Condition Upon Arrival Picture

  • Confirmed correct pad/well location with signage

  • Placed wheel chocks

  • Place cones at front/rear outside areas of truck/trailer.

  • Placed ground cable.

  • Verify that there is now spill or leaks anywhere inside the berm.

  • Checked valves - making sure only removing water from designated well/production water tank.

  • Check load valves - be sure all are closed.

  • Hook up the load hose. (Make sure to use a C-clamp or other)

  • Verify all connection points on the hose have a C-clamp.

  • Check Gettysbox air relief valve to verify that it is closed

  • Check tank levels by either strapping the tank or checking the meter.

  • Verify how much you can haul legally.

  • Start the Vacuum on the truck and verify that it is sucking in.

  • At pre-designated pressure slowly open valve at rear of trailer. Begin loading process. (Inspect hose and tank connection for leaks.)

  • Monitor fluid flow into trailer. Check sight glass to insure you're only loading water.

  • Pull tank level no lower than 3" or when oil becomes visible thru sight glass, (If oil is seen push back that amount of water into tank. )

  • Close the production valve and suck the line clean by opening the Gettybox air relieve valve.

  • Suck the hose clean and shut the trailer valve and the gettybox air relief valve. Secure the load hoses.

  • Shut off pump and PTO

  • Open up trailer pressure relief valve at rear of trailer. Allow pressure to completely dissipate (pressure gauge reading "0") and close valve.

  • Double check that all the valves have been properly closed.

  • Pick up chocks, cones, Extinguisher, and disconnect ground cable. Re- secure them to the trailer.

  • Get your top strap measurement. Use Flow-rate calculations to determine estimated net load amount. Which will give you your bottom strap.

  • Complete the I pad work and print off and leave a ticket. Making sure you sign your ticket.

  • Take a site condition upon departure.

Offloading Inspection

  • Position the truck.

  • Take a site condition upon arrival picture.

  • Place all of the safety equipment (cones, chocks, fire extinguisher. )

  • Attach ground cable.

  • Is there is room to off load?

  • Check tank levels.

  • Hook up load hoses make sure you have C-clamps properly placed.

  • Open up all the valve on the trailer and the valve at the gettysbox. Verifying that the Gettybox Air relief valve is closed.

  • Turn on the Vacuum pump verifying that it is pushing out.

  • Begin your off-loading process. Open your trailer valve slowly verifying there is no leaks.

  • Stay next to your valve while you are off loading.

  • Complete the off-loading process.

  • Close the Getty box valve and reverse your pump and suck your load hose clean and the Getty box.

  • Secure the load hose and cap it.

  • Secure all of your safety equipment and double check to verify that your trailer is secure and all of your valves are closed.

  • Print you ticket off and make sure you sign it as well as a take a picture of it.

  • Complete all paperwork - pull truck forward if necessary to open lane. Take final picture from top step showing clean disposal lane.
