Tools: Hand and Power equipment Are tools free of any obvious physical damage and in good condition? Are tools and cords properly grounded (ground pins are in good condition?


Housekeeping, Slips, Trips & Falls Are walking and working surfaces clear and free of debris & FOD? Site is clean during all shifts, regular removal of trash and waste from all the containers.


Floors & Stairways Floors and roof opening guarded by guard rails with toe boards. Open-side floors/platforms six feet or higher guarded with railing, toe boards or equivalent.


Electrical Are GFCI's and /or assured equipment being used? Are extension cords in good continuous lengths without splice?


Hoist, Cranes and Derricks Max-Load Capacities Visible, are cables, slings, hooks, inspected? Are crane inspection logs sheets or books on site and file?

Welding and Cutting Are non-combustible enclosures, (screens/shields) provided and used when welding?
