1. Have the silt fences been inspected and found to be properly installed and functioning? (Repair required within 24 hours).

2. Have temporary and permanent sediment basins been inspected and found to be functioning properly? (Drainage and removal of sediment required within 24 hours).

3. Have surface waters (including drainage ditches) been inspected and found to be free of sediment deposited by erosion? (Removal required within 7 days).

4. Have the construction site vehicle exits been inspected and found to be free of off-site sediment tracking? (Removal required in 24 hours).

5. Have all erosion prevention BMPs been inspected and found to be functioning properly? Examples include mats, mulch, blankets, or other temporary or permanent cover.

6. Have all sediment control of BMPs been inspected and found to be functioning properly? Examples include storm drain inlet protection, sediment traps or drainage swales.

7. Have you confirmed that no sediment has escaped off-site? If sediment has escaped, answer NO and provide details on question 9.

8. Have infiltration areas been inspected and found to be free of sediment and compaction due to construction activities?

9. Were repairs or remediation needed for any of the above items? If so, provide details of what was done.
