  • 1. Have the silt fences been inspected and found to be properly installed and functioning? (Repair required within 24 hours).

  • 2. Have temporary and permanent sediment basins been inspected and found to be functioning properly? (Drainage and removal of sediment required within 24 hours).

  • 3. Have surface waters (including drainage ditches) been inspected and found to be free of sediment deposited by erosion? (Removal required within 7 days).

  • 4. Have the construction site vehicle exits been inspected and found to be free of off-site sediment tracking? (Removal required in 24 hours).

  • 5. Have all erosion prevention BMPs been inspected and found to be functioning properly? Examples include mats, mulch, blankets, or other temporary or permanent cover.

  • 6. Have all sediment control of BMPs been inspected and found to be functioning properly? Examples include storm drain inlet protection, sediment traps or drainage swales.

  • 7. Have you confirmed that no sediment has escaped off-site? If sediment has escaped, answer NO and provide details on question 9.

  • 8. Have infiltration areas been inspected and found to be free of sediment and compaction due to construction activities?

  • 9. Were repairs or remediation needed for any of the above items? If so, provide details of what was done.

  • Was the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) amended to account for changes made?
