  • Topsoil area entrance in good shape, piles are pushed up, and roadways are in good shape?

WASHPLANT, STOCKPILES, GENERATOR, BERMS, ROADWAYS & RAMPS

  • Roadways are clear of debris and potholes?

  • All berms are in good shape and mid axle height of the largest machine on site?

  • Any & all ramps on the site are in good condition and have berms on both sides?

  • Stockpiles are in good condition and no undercutting?

  • All lights around the wash plant are working?

  • All catwalks, steps, & handrails, securely mounted, clean & free of debris & damage?

  • Fire Extinguisher & First-Aid kit, securely mounted, fully charged & stocked, and accessible and easily located?

  • All emergency stops on the plant & stackers are working properly?
