  • Receipt printed for room number?

  • Key Encoder beeped twice and key successfully encoded on kiosk?

  • Site have confirmed the key opens access door and bedroom door?

  • Once all testing has passed, the WHB Owner for the site will need to confirm sign off to the office, the office will then confirm the Kiosk has passed WHB Testing.

  • Name of person confirming WHB have passed the kiosk.

  • Company of person confirming WHB have passed the kiosk.

  • EVOKE Sign Off Call - 01513343716 opt 4

  • You will need the PC MAC / PED MAC / PED iTID

  • Kiosk has been set to Automatic?

  • Call reference number & Evoke call operator

  • Please move on to the next kiosk and repeat the above.
