Accident and Incident Reporting

Housekeeping

  • Has the Site Supervisor ensured that housekeeping is reasonably managed to reduce trip hazards and ensure access/egress is safely maintained?

Security

  • Have combination locks at height been changed to a different combination than at ground level and combinations been updated with WIG?
