EARTHING

  • Is there a supressor for each piece of equipment in the Tower? ( Cameras Links etc)

  • Are there suppressors, camera stands, link brackets, and Tower Equipment boxes Earthed to a single point on the Tower which is at least 2m below the last link?

  • Is the Lightning/earth spike at least 3m above the top of the camera?

  • Is the equipment in the equipment box eatrhed to a single point in the box, which then has an external point that goes down to the same point as the other equipment?

  • Has the all earth cable connections point been cleaned, ie metal on metal contact with vasaline to stop corrosion?

  • Have the lightning rod spike tips cleaned to expose metal better?

  • Are all earth connections rust and corrosin free?

  • Do all the tower anchor points have earth straps/cables going into the ground?

  • Are all the guy wires earthed to the ground?

  • Are all the battery boxes earthed to the ground with an earth rod?

  • Attach imagery for all the above mentioned points ( Suppressors, brackets, camera stands, equipment box. earth point on tower, tower base earthing, guy wire earthing and battery box earthing)
