Is The Extinguisher free from damage/defects & displaying a valid service sticker (serviced within the last 12 months)?

Fully stocked First Aid kit including eye wash kept on site?

Bump Cap worn correctly and in acceptable condition?

Hi-Vis worn appropriately and in acceptable condition?

FFP3 Mask worn correctly when handling hazardous substances/materials such as loft insulation?
