• Platform is lifted smoothly and only when lift is stopped

• Operator shows awareness of overhead obstructions

• Operator shows awareness of pedestrians and obstacles below (s/he checks before lowering)

• Extra maneuvering is not required

• Kept a clear view of direction of travel

• Was aware of rear end swing while driving and turning

• Overhead task was completed without trouble

• 3-point entrance to and exit from the truck (did not jump from truck when completed)

• Scissor lift was left "unattended" correctly with e-stop engaged (if applicable) and key turned to "off"
