1.0 Risk Management

  • 4.3 (GMR) Have anchor points been installed as per design requirements and approved by a competent person prior to use?

  • 4.4 (GMR) Are the Anchor Points regularly inspected?

  • 4.5 Are the employees able to demonstrate how to effectively select an anchor point for the working at height activity?

  • 4.6 (GMR) Grid mesh or flooring material must be installed as per design requirements, secured at all stages of installation and regularly inspected?
