Electrical Equipment

  • Office printers, copiers and laminators PAT tested where required.

  • Power socket outlets and extension leads free for overload, (no 'daisy-chains)

Emergency Equipment and Evacuation

  • First Aiders available and current with training.

  • First Aid equipment (as appropriate) available and in date.

  • Fire evacuation routes and exits clearly visible and appropriate signs displayed.

  • Fire doors clearly marked, kept closed and showing no signs of damage.

  • Fire extinguishers unobstructed and within the inspection date.

  • Fire call points clearly marked and free from obstruction.

  • Nominated Fire Warden available/on shift (Minimum one person), and Hi-Viz gillet available.

Kitchenette

  • Clean and tidy, no spillages, food or waste material left on surfaces.

  • Cleaning register completed and up to date.

  • Electrical equipment e.g the kettle is PAT tested.

  • General waste bin is free from contamination with food waste.

Gym

  • Lighting levels suitable for requirement.
