Before Leaving the Truck

  • Final Truck Inventory Checklists for each truck used during day have been completed for START and END of day and if more than 1 truck was used, an additional Truck Inventory Checklist has been submitted

  • Return key to lockbox

  • Return tool roll to office

  • Return marketing tub to office

Before Leaving for the Day

  • Plug in iPad and or phone to charger

  • Make sure that all Job Checklists for the day have been submitted to checklists@360wowinc.com

  • Update the Truck Board on Google Drive

  • All checks, cash, receipts for gas, coffee or anything else purchased during the day are clipped together, labeled by Crew Leader, and dropped into the safe.

  • Finalize the hours for yourself and your team and perform final sign off on the INFORMATION section of this checklist.

  • Input your jobs and totals hours worked into the Daily Performance Recap on the Google Drive

  • Text Crew Lead name, your total revenue for the day, and your Revenue Per Hour to Caleb, Chris & Ben
