    Inspections involve reviewing the inside and outside of the main buildings and all other structures associated with the asset.

    The premises will be given an overall rating of low risk, medium risk or high risk.

    Important:
    This is a visual inspection. Therefore no floor materials, furniture or paneling is removed. Roofs and chimneys will generally only be inspected at street level.

  • Doors, Frames, Doorways, Portals, Porches, Canopies etc.<br>Ensure structurally Safe, doors to be In good decorative condition, Doors Secure, Pest Proofing Bristle Strips.

  • Windows, Conservatories etc. Ensure Frames Structurally Sound & Glazing Conforms to Curent Regulations.<br>Restrictors Fitted to Upper floor Windows

  • Gardens, Planting, Tree's, Surfaces inc Decking, Astroturf etc.

  • Jumbrellas, Stretch Tents, Burger Shack, External Bar, Garden Structures, Huts, Pergola's,<br>Structurally Secure, Posts and Guideropes Secure, Festoon Lighting and heating in good working order, with timers on heaters.

  • Play Equipment. <br>Safe, Secure, Play Area Surfacing is grass or playbond - PMV in place and No H&S Issues
