  • Is all lab safety equipment in good working condition and tested and documented in accordance with EHS requirements? Biosafety Cabinet, Eyewash Station, Emergency Shower, Fumehood, etc.

  • Have all personnel in the lab, including the PI, completed their relevant EHS trainings (Laboratory and Research Safety, Laser, Biosafety, Radiation, etc.) (initial/refresher) and are the training records available for review?

  • Has the lab completed their Unit Specific Plan and has it been updated, reviewed and signed by all personnel working in the lab within the past year?
