Ensure all securing details are correct before signing off panel.

Reinstate any items removed from the main façade element if required.

Clean panel and desnag-handover.

Ensure all QA paperwork is complete, signed off and filed in the appropriate file.

Inspect panel integrity prior to removal taking care of all loose and degraded parts. Precondition evidence.

Remove retaining trim to relating and interfacing panels, store reuseable parts and waste separately

Remove all non-required substructure for old panels and clean back panel to element.

Clean and seal element back panel as per installation details using only detailed cleaner and sealant.

Check backing panel for any holes in material and sealant detail, evidence and repair.

Cut existing insulation at bracket location to allow bracket level changes.

Clean area at bracket location and seal original fixing holes.

Refix bracket to new datum level -15mm to suite panel interface with existing soffit and seal all fixings.

Ensure any pre-drilling for new fixings is done to the correct size and all fixings are secured correctly and sealed. Make sure countersunk screws are used where clashes with the hookpoint.

Install new subframe detail as per installation details.

Ensure only detailed and approved Sika products are used as specified in the approved details.

Hold point for backing panel and subframe inspection.
