Do they conduct a review of the Food Safety program at least annually?
Is the Food Safety program have been audited by Food auditor.

Are written reports of food safety program in last four years available for auditing?

Is there a monitoring control in place identified in food handling operations/hazards?

Are there identified potential hazard that may be reasonably expected to occur in all Food handling operations?

Have you provided corrective actions for hazards that have been found not to be under control.

Can you provide evidence of adequate reviews by the Food business?

Is compliance records has been kept and action taken in relation to food safety program?
