Morning Checklist

Audit closing procedures

  • Was the compressor valve open and breaker flipped off at close?

  • Were all machines prepared for open?

  • Who is performing the Safety Walk?

  • Is the cleanliness of the Topside area at standard? Include photos of defeciencies. Assign someone to correct prior to first guest arriving.

  • Is the cleanliness of the bottom side area at standard? Include photos of defeciencies.

  • Is all PPE stored correctly? (Washed, fingers out...)

  • Is the guest waiting area and restroom at world class standard?

Ensure the following tasks have been completed prior to open:

  • Exhaust fan and bay lights turned on

  • Cash drawer counted

  • Did the drawer contain exactly $200?

  • Each employee has performed all 10 industrial athlete stretches.

  • Turn on open sign

  • Complete position chart

  • Daily Cash Sheet completed including labor ratio target

  • Conduct morning huddle. Ensure we cover MTD performance, daily goals, and recognition.

  • Ensure all remote terminals are up with secure browse session open

  • Is Safety Walk approved by the MOD?

  • Do you have a deposit receipt from the bank that matches the Cash Reconciliation by 10:30? Attach photo.

  • Speed

  • Courtesy & Friendliness

  • Knowledge and Expertise

  • LTR

  • Is every team member in compliance with grooming and appearance standards? Must be corrected prior to beginning shift.
