22. Are windows hard up to lintels? (Any infills or cover plates can be measured, once base coat render is complete)

25. Is brickwork notched around all penetrations?

26. Has Garage/Porch/Alfresco/Water Tank/HWS slab been scraped and cleaned?

27. Is Cavity and DPC clean and free of mortar dags?

28. Has bricklayer hosed glass daily/no scratched glass - plastic wrap on windows?

Plastic should now be removed from glass, to ensure plastic is not 'baked' onto glass.

29. Has bricklayer cleaned site daily and left broken bricks in two neat piles to front and/ or rear of property only?
