  • No used extension cord is used as a permanent means of power

  • Is stock stacked at least 18 inches below the level of the sprinkler heads?

  • Is HHW processed and unsellable brought to the warehouse weekly?

  • Are HVAC System & Wall Mounted Fans working appropriately

  • No Unsafe Acts were witnessed during the inspection.

Work Spaces

  • Are Work Areas clear of obstructions/clutter that would cause Slip, Trip, Fall and Struck By Hazards ?

Lighting

  • Are emergency lights mounted and functioning in the sales floor?

  • Is the lighting throughout the show room enough to safely illuminate all the floorspace and obstacles?
