Vehicle Stocking

Chemicals and equipment re-stocked to adequate levels according to vehicle stock take

All relevant MSDS sheets present

First Aid Kit fully stocked as per itinerary list

Sunscreen present with adequate levels

All PPE present and accounted for



Equipment present and accounted for according to vehicle stock take

All equipment in proper working order

All vehicle equipment been serviced according to its respective equipment check sheet


Vehicle Cleanliness

Outside washed (being careful of signage)

Inside vaccumed

Dash and equipment wiped down

Rubbish removed

Glass cleaned inside and out

All receipts handed into office
