As the General Contractor of the above listed project, I have inspected and approved the site clean up and hereby release Absolute Completions Corporation from any further clean up for the Fire Proofing scope of work.
Should any fire proofing be removed in the course of construction by others, the cost of the repair will be a chargeable item and is not included in the orginal contract and quote. -
