  • Use the following inventory checklist to note whether or not each item is present.

    For each AED being observed, consider not only the contents but also the condition of the cabinet itself.

    Where a deficiency is observed, use the built-in tools to record your observations.

    Create a new section for each AED which is inspected.

  • AED Number

  • AED Area

  • Exact AED Location (i.e., describe how to access the AED)

  • AED Image (take a photo of the AED in place)

  • Check the AED pads and backup pads expiration date

  • Check the AED battery expiration date

  • Are all AED accessories present within the kit?<br>(razor, gloves, pocket mask)

  • Is the green light on the AED still blinking?

  • Is the AED in good condition? <br>(free of visible damage, not overly dirty)

  • Is the AED accessible?<br>(not being blocked by equipment, garbage, ...)
