    Risk Assessment Review
  • Are there any Hazard at the workplace that have not been included on the Risk Assesment?

  • Please give details of additional safety concerns

  • Who may be harmed? I.E Workers, Public, etc

  • What is the Likelihood of the hazard occurring on a scale of 1-5? 1 = Low 5 = Very Possible

  • What is severity of the consequence on a scale of 1-5 where 1 is being not harmful at all to 5 being death?

  • What is the control measure being implemented?

  • What is the new likelihood of this hazard occurring on a scale of 1-5? 1 = Low 5 = Very Possible

  • What is the new severity of the consequence on a scale of 1-5 where 1 is being not harmful at all to 5 being death?

  • Is Scaffolding on site?

  • Please supply photos of the scaffolding including the Scaff Tag

  • Is the Scaffolding safe to use?

  • Are the roof hooks compatible with roof and are the clamps compatible with the rails?

  • Will the solar panels fit as per the design on the job brief?

  • Can the panels be reconfigured to fit on the roofs?

  • Is the inverter and other electrical items onsite?

  • Has the installation of equipment and associated cable routes been discussed with the customer

  • Is the customer happy with the locations of equipment and cable routes.

  • Please ask the customer to sign to confirm that they have spoken with the electrician and they are happy with the proposed locations of the Generation Meter, Solar Inverter and the cable routes for both the Inverter and the Solar Panels

  • Take a photo of the installed roof hooks

  • Take a photo of the DC Cable entry point

  • Take a photo of the rails installed.

  • Are there any other photos that are needed to be supplied?

  • Please provide a photo of the Solar Inverter as installed showing warning labels

  • Please provide a photo of the Inverter name plate

  • Please provide a photo of the DC Cables showing they are secured and correctly labelled.

  • Please provide a photo of the solar generation meter as installed showing warning labels.

  • Please provide a close up photo of the solar generation meter serial number.

  • Please provide a photo of any batteries showing their warning lables

  • Please provide a photo of the Solar DB Board showing MCBs used.

  • Please provide photos of the cable routes.

  • Please provide a photo of all of the installed panels

  • What is the PFC at the Inverter?

  • Has the comms been set up for the inverter on the customers device?

  • Is the customer happy with the installation?

  • Can the customer sign to confirm that they are happy with the completed installation and that there are no major concerns.
