Haul roads inspected for water erosion/damage

Accesses inspected for water erosion/damage

All access and haul roads are inspected for undermining edges

Bridge crossing inspected for water erosion/damage

Bridges inspected from vantage points on both sides for under mining

Dump faces inspected for water erosion/damage

Dump inspected for slumping/cracking

Highwall inspected for cracks, failures, hang-up, and slumps

Low wall inspected for slips

Pit floor inspected for water erosion/damage

All roads surfaces have sufficient traction for safe operation

Test load performed on the circuit by a competent operator in a haul truck to ensure mining operations are safe to recommence work

Notify OCE of recommencement of work
