  • Are aircraft movements taking place which involve engineering personnel?

  • If yes, is their an engineer in overall control?

  • Has the engineer in overall control ensured all the ground lock pins are fitted IAW the AMM and recorded in the aircraft Tech Log? Also, that they will not be removed without the permission of the engineer in overall controls permission?

  • Additionally, has the engineer in overall control ensured that the steering bypass pin is fitted?
