Have you visually inspected fixtures of packs condensers , condensing units and exposed pipework
Have you checked compressor operation, oil level and acid test.
Record any undue noise
Have you checked the moisture indicator?
Replace drier if necessary
Have you checked electrical wiring diagrams are within panel
Are all control panels closed
Please make sure all control panels are closed.
Have you checked asset tags are fitted, supply image
Is the CO2 test button operational
Have you checked manually the HP and LP safety switch settings? Reset plant to normal operation after completed
Have you checked the operation of back up controls? (If applicable)
Have you checked the operation of the crank case heaters on compressors?
Leak check pack and pipework
Have you checked for signs of oil visually?
Have you checked for stressed pipework in contact with any of the building or plant structure?
Have you cleaned condenser/gas cooler coil?
Have you reported overgrowth to store manager?
Have you checked the suction setpoint and differential?
Have you checked the condenser/gas cooler setpoint and differential?
Have you checked the compressor average running amps?
Have you checked the condenser/gas cooler fan running amps?
Have you checked the heating operation?
Does store have heat recovery
Have you replaced any missing caps on plant?
Have you tested the main HP switch? record pressure plant tripped
Please arrange for HP switch to be tested ASAP

Electrical panels and electrical distribution/pack and case electrics

Have you visually checked components for visual signs of burning or arcing across contacts?
Have you checked all electrical terminals are tight and tightened where necessary
Have you checked all electrical enclosures are weather tight?
Have you checked all isolators are interlocked and engaged?
Have you checked all door panels are able to close?
Make sure all panels and doors are locked and closed after PPM

Has a dial out test been completed and confirmed by custodian / triex?
Have you ensured that all refrigeration equipment is in online network status and equipment is not muted or inhibited?
Have you checked the carel/cdk panel settings?
Have you checked the night blind times for bank holidays when store is closed?
Please record current alarm list
Please record historic alrm list

Have you visually inspected the fixtures of all evaporators and exposed pipework?
