Observations: Upon entering the store during trade, take pictures of sample pizzas on the hot rack. Record all observations ie. products/ dates checked that are out of spec. Float £ & variance, documents (inc dates) where errors are observed. Indicate correct specification/ corrective action/ impact on business. Provide supporting pictures where applicable.
