This document will serve as notification for the purpose of compliance with OSHA's subpart-R Steel Erection standard 1926.755 (b)(1) and (2).

As the project engineer, I have inspected all anchor bolts, concrete piers, footings, masonry walls, and other structures where structural steel will be placed and/or secured. I acknowledge that they meet the intended structural integrity required by design for the placement of steel members. I have also attached a copy of all ASTM tests to document that these materials have cured to 75% of their required strength, by design, before the work is to proceed.
