Facility Type

Are drains, dumps, drip pans, compressor rails and secondary containment free of accumulation of oil and water?

Are valves free of signs of corrosion, leaks, or improper operation?

Are tanks properly vented?

Is equipment free of visible signs of corrosion, damaged paint, or leaks?

Are piping, flanges, and joints free of visible signs of corrosion, damaged paint, or leaks?

Is secondary containment free of visible signs of cracks, low spots, holes, animal burrows or erosion?

Do all oil drums have bungs in place and show no signs of leakage?

Do all flow through process vessels (SEP, DEHY, Heaters) have secondary containment?

If the flow through process vessel does NOT have sized secondary containment, is the vessel or its components free of visible signs of corrosion, leaks, or defects?

If evidence of a leak is discovered, was the leak reported immediately to the production supervisor?

Does all applicable oil filled containers have sized secondary containment?

Does the facility have ready access to all necessary tools, containment media, and clean up material to isolate and control minor spills?

Are all on-site storage containers and equipment properly labeled?

Does the most recent facility diagram match the configuration of the equipment, secondary containment and lines on location?

Does the locations site specific information require an update?
