Is the SFS set to GL 12.5 mm from the outer face for the East, West, and South Elevations and 2867mm from GL5 on the North Elevation?

Are all delivered materials correct and free of damage at the point of delivery?

Is the Ayrshire SFS base track fixed to a concrete slab at a maximum of 600mm centres, using a 6.3x57mm Masonry screw?

Is the SFS head track fixed to the underside of the concrete slab at a maximum of 600mm centres and fixed using a 6.3x57mm Masonry screw?

Is the base and head track set to plumb to the base track?

Are the SFS studs fixed to both sides of the base track at a maximum of 600mm centres, <br> using a 5.5x19mm pancake screw?

Are the studs cut 25mm short at the head in the window locations and 15 mm for the balcony location to allow for deflection?

Are the SFS studs fitted between the deflection head track and fixed on both sides with a 5.5x19mm pancake screw to the centre of the track slot?

Are the jambs installed as per Alufix drawings Ref 134000 to 134007?

Are the head & base tracks installed as per Alufix drawings Ref 134500 to 134509?

Are the sheathing boards installed with screws set at a minimum of 15mm in from the board edges and spaced at a maximum of 300mm centres?

Are the Obex 0270 sheathing boards installed with the joints set at 3-5mm?

Is the 100 mm Rockwool RWA45 insulation installed within the SFS frame, installed tight, with no joint gaps?

Is the Cortex 0814 tape installed on board joints, and the patches placed over the fixing points?

Is the Obex ME010 EPDM lapped in the correct orientation and bonded to the structure around the perimeter in accordance with the manufacturer's guidance? Is the upper membrane always lapping over the lower membrane?

Has the Photon Wrap A1 been installed and lapped in the correct orientation?

Has the Photon Wrap A1 been taped to the window/door system's head/sill/jamb?
