Service rating: - Rating for each quality area and the overall rating in the National Quality Standard (NQS). - If a service has yet to be assessed the service must be display: “This service has yet to be assessed against the National Quality Framework”. - If a service was previously assessed under the previous accreditation system and has not been assessed against the NQS, the service must display their quality profile.
