Speaker and TV is functional and set in channel 1

TV wall and dressing table is clean and free of dust/stain and damages

Coffee station and minibar is clean and free of stains/dust/residue and damages

Coffee station/Minibar is stacked as per standard

All collaterals in room are as per standard and free of stain and in good condition.

Heavy curtain and sheer curtains are free of stain and damages and aligned properly.

Balcony glass/ furniture/ Railing and floors are free of dust/smudges/stains and dirt. Balcony light is in working condition.

Room furniture and fixtures are free of dust/stain/damages (Pink puffy, chairs, coffee table, side tables, sofa, bed base, long mirrors and light fixtures.

Bed is neatly made and free of stains, hair or damages with standard pillows.

Rooms and bathroom lights and telephones are in working condition and clean

Room floor is clean and free of dust/hair/stain and debris.

Carpet is vacuumed and free of hair/debris and stains. Under the carpet is cleaned and free of dust and debris.

Bathroom door is functional and free of dust and smudges.

All towels are in good condition, free of stains and damages and placed as per standard.

Vanity counter is stacked as per standard and free of dust/stains/mildew and water marks.

Shower door/wall/bathtub is free of water mark/stains/dirt/hairs or mildew.

Bathroom fixtures are in working condition and free of water marks/water scaling and stains.

W/c and w/c section wall is clean and fee of stains/water marks and stains.

Toilet roll and tissue is stacked and as per standard and folded neatly.
