  • Is the technician able to install and wire gear in racks in a proper and timely fashion? (labels on wires, proper cable bend radius', no zipties, power and signal cables properly separated, etc)

  • Is the technician dependable? Can you ask the technician to perform and task and know that it will be done correctly and in a timely manner?
