Check location of infrastructure onsite (stormwater pits, sewer, telstra, electricity, gas & location of crossover)
Note vegetation onsite.
Possible effects to neighbouring properties (eg. Privacy, overshadowing)
Confirm dimensions (does the proposal fit the allotment)
Check topography (that the information on plans matches the slope onsite etc. (driveway gradient)
Check for effects on properties that may not have been included in the notification policy.
