  The survey lays out the information required to be captured to enable a clean successful ATM Replacement installation to be performed without falter.
  
  Expectation of Document
  
  Surveyor to provide:-
  
  - All sections to be completed in FULL.
  - Digital Photographs to be recorded and embedded within survey doc.
  - 1 CAD drawing supplied with the survey showing Plan and Elevation for Future State -
  - All adaptations shown to achieve future state with new ATMs installed into
  position showing all required service clearances achieved / items that are to be
  moved / repositioned and infill panels shown.
  - DDA no. 5 key height to be shown as per requirement for the particular ATM
  type - with required plinth height shown to achieve it.
  - Full quote included to show all additional works required to achieve positioning
  and service clearances as necessary.
  - Survey to be completed and returned within 5 working days of survey attendance day.
  - Any additional works and materials over and above normal install work to be highlighted and additional cost quotes supplied with the survey.
