Scope of Document

  • Criteria
    The survey lays out the information required to be captured to enable a clean successful ATM Replacement installation to be performed without falter.

    Expectation of Document

    Surveyor to provide:-

    - All sections to be completed in FULL.
    - Digital Photographs to be recorded and embedded within survey doc.
    - 1 CAD drawing supplied with the survey showing Plan and Elevation for Future State -
    - All adaptations shown to achieve future state with new ATMs installed into
    position showing all required service clearances achieved / items that are to be
    moved / repositioned and infill panels shown.
    - DDA no. 5 key height to be shown as per requirement for the particular ATM
    type - with required plinth height shown to achieve it.
    - Full quote included to show all additional works required to achieve positioning
    and service clearances as necessary.
    - Survey to be completed and returned within 5 working days of survey attendance day.
    - Any additional works and materials over and above normal install work to be highlighted and additional cost quotes supplied with the survey.

  • External Shutters to be removed/amended. An installed ATM requires at least 75mm space from building elevation to shutters.

  • Is there a requirement for relocation of existing items before works commence, ie shelving/cabling/files/cash safe/power/Comms/BT points/cameras, etc.

  • Show on CAD drawing of future state with position of planned ATM types & plinths Plan & Elevation. Include service clearances shown, dimensions for all include #5 key / plinth position, etc.

4.0 Delivery & Transport

  • Delivery resources required & Method Summary NB: If more than TWO operatives required please justify.

  • Detail any special requirements to enable delivery: Floor surface type - detail requirement for floor protection (barriers or boards, etc) segregation for public safety. Show delivery route.

Vehicle Access & Vehicle Parking

  • Any restrictions, time limits, etc.

  • Are any permissions or permits required?

  • Are there any public road restrictions?

  • Site Access restrictions to ATM internal or external?

  • Externally - What above standard finish is required in making good (Materials/Time/Cleaning Up/Filling) required externally - if yes add detail/photos on separate sheet - include all relevant info, eg Paint type and colour, Brick Type, mortar coloured, Tile, etc. Add drawing / photo if required.

7.0 Survey Output Requirement

  • 2x CAD drawings Plan and Elevation showing current state and future state to show: (all dimensions for service clearances)
    - Height #5 key position
    - Difference in Int/Ext floor height
    - Plinth information & position
    - Relocation of items (what they are and where they are to go)
    - Future plan showing service clearances around the ATMs.

Photographs to be embedded within the document (all relevant photos should be added and include the following information.

  • It is expected that ANY exceptions will be highlighted whether they are requested within this document or not that will affect the installation negatively.
