Shift beginning

Barbershop

  • Make hot towels

  • Check the day's schedule and make the hot towels. At least 4 to make sure there are towels available even there is no shave booking yet.
    Always make 4 hot black towels at least
    * 4 towels = 8 drops of essential oil

  • Make neck towels

  • Check the day's schedule and make the neck towels with warm water. At least 10 to make sure there are towels available.
    * 5 towels = 1 drop of essential oil

  • Turn on all the lamps

  • Turn on all the light in warm color, not white or warm white

  • Check if the washing room's boiler on

  • It is the 1 switch on the left in the VIP BBS

  • Turn on the music: Morning playlist

  • We play music by a tablet connect with the speaker via bluetooth *and a remote if needed

    Each area has different tablet and remote, please do not use other's rooms tablet and remote

  • Make sure the hand towel next to the sink full

Washing room

  • Put on 2 rubber pieces for washing chairs

  • Turn on the lights

  • next to the secret door, turn on 2 buttons on both sides, not the middle one

Shift ending

  • Make sure the washing room's towel basket and the bbs's towel drawer half full

  • Put the dirty towels into the BB black laundry bag

  • Make hot and cold towels if needed

  • Check the schedule if we still have enough hot and cold shaving towels to use till the end of the day
    Make new if needed

  • Refill hand towels

  • Change the music to Twillight playlist

  • Make sure complete and make GUEST NOTE for all of your appointments of the day
