Security Fencing - Clear area of Rubbish Report holes or gaps.

Yard - Clear area of rubbish, bins empty (not over flowing) Check for wear and tear (e.g pot-holes), designated walkways are clearly marked and hazard free.

Meter houses/external points of high risk - secure.

Smoking area - Clean, free from rubbish, no cigarette ends on the floor.

External fire Exits - fire doors unblocked and free from from obstruction.

Route - Entry to the warehouse is clear of obstructions/hazards/control barrier in place if applicable.

Warehouse doors - Fully operational with no visable damage.

Internal fire exits - fire doors unlocked, exits unblocked and free from obstructions.

Side walls - Free of clutter, tripping hazard, falling items, Bubble wrap stacked safely not causing hazard e.g. blocking walkways.

Asbestos - Warning signs present at areas of known asbestos presence - no damage to these areas.

Floors - Spillages (wet & dry materials), Trailling cables, pot holes, puddles.

Oil bunds - Clear of rubbish, No drips/spillages on floor. No decanted products (without lids)

Spill kit - Spill kit full and ready for use (cleaned)

PAT - Visual check of portable electrical appliances checking for any signs of damage - visable electrical cabling not loose or damaged or exposed wires.

Lighting - Correctly fitted, no missing or broken bulbs/tubes, flickering lights, emergency lighting, any visable electrical cabling is not loose or damaged or any exposed wires.

Battery Charging Unit - No visual damage to charging units, any visable electrical cabling is not loose or damaged or any exposed wires and the area is clean and free of rubbish.

Trailers - Clean and swept straps/safety nets stowed safely.

Platform - Clean and Swept, Ramps all working correctly, all barriers secure. No damage checksheet complete (take photo and add to this as evidence)

Vehicle fitted ramps/Floor to vehicle ramps - Ramps checked for servicabillity/damage.

Sack barrows/Manual Pump trucks - check handles/wheels/plate for servicabillity no other faults, damage.

Access equipment - Servicable with no faults/No damage

First Aid kits - Fully stocked and box wiped down.

Fire Extinguishers - In correct locations/accessible and wiped down (clean)

PPE - Ensure relevant personal protective equipment is worn at all times.

Offices/Canteen/Training room/Toilets - Clean, clear of rubbish bins empty.

COVID 19 - Sufficent signage around sight, good condition not faded/ripped - tired looking.

COVID 19 - Hand sanitizer/wipes available in pertinent locations and a plentiful supply - if not ensure order is placed.

COVID 19 - Plentiful supply of vehicle cleaning disinfectant/detergent - if not ensure order is placed.
