Inspection Checklist

  • Is there safe access to work areas?

  • Is Housekeeping adequate - rubbish in bins, tools/equipment/materials stored correctly?

  • Is fencing in place and adequate if required, signage installed?

  • If asbestos, are adequate controls in place, workers are trained and qualified or has clearance been provided and correct Safework notifications received?

  • Is fall protection in place and adequate where required, are adequate controls in place for heights hazards?

  • Are there any uncontrolled hazards on site? Risk of falling debris, collapse, open excavation, powerlines, electrical, dust?

  • Are SWMS available for High Risk Construction Work (HRCW)?
