Scope Of Works

• All illuminated beauty equipment is in scope and we need 100% of fuses checked/changed. ABM will need to know that the equipment marked up as “Full beauty” has the gear tray at high level for perimeter equipment and mid-floor gondolas have the gear tray at the bottom. For “Beauty Lite” all gear trays are at the bottom. Steve tells me all trays are accessible without tools but some drawers will need to come out via a lever operated similarly to a kitchen drawer.
  
  Correct fuses that should be in there: AC side- 3.15A glass 5x20mm, DC side- 6.3A ceramic quick blow 5x20mm.
  
  Can you specify a report per region showing:
  • Individual tore name and store number
  • How many fuses on site and checked
  • How many fuses changed
  • Whether perimeter or gondola
  • What rating and type of incorrect fuses were replaced and how many
