Setting Up "A"trailer

  • Have you positioned trailer on level and stable hard ground?

  • Have you Connected power and turned on?

  • Have you used Stabiliser support pads under all legs?

  • Are the support legs lowered to the ground and the weight off the Prime Mover?

  • Uncouple the Prime Mover and drive forward slowly a small distance, disconnect air and electrics before driving drive off

  • Level the Trailer and make sure it is fully supported by the support legs, have you ensured this?

  • Has the Power Pack been turned off after use

Side Lift Loader on "A" Trailer

  • Has the trailer been levelled before any operation of the loader?

  • Lower the door position to align with the OPEN POSITION markers before opening the door

  • Operate the loader a full cycle without no load prior to using to ensure it functions correctly

  • Have you ensured that you are positioned safely and with a clear view of the loader so that you can prevent any injury or incident?

  • Have you checked to ensure all personnel are clear?

  • Are you sure that the load is within loaders capacity?

  • Has the Power Pack been turned off after use

Setting Up "B" Trailer

  • Has the trailer been leveled before any operation of the rear loader or roof and floor functions?

  • Is power connected and turned on?

  • Have you used Stabiliser support pads under all legs?

  • Are the support legs lowered to the ground and the weight off the Prime Mover or the turntable of A Trailer?

  • Uncouple from A Trailer or the Prime Mover and drive forward slowly a small distance, disconnect air and electrics before driving drive off

  • Level the Trailer and make sure it is fully supported by the support legs, have you ensured this?

  • Has the Power Pack been turned off after use

Rear Lift Loader on "B" Trailer

  • Has the trailer been levelled before any operation of the loader?

  • Lower the door position to align with the OPEN POSITION markers before opening the door

  • Is the door open fully?

  • Operate the loader a full cycle without no load prior to using to ensure it functions correctly

  • Have you ensured that you are positioned safely and with a clear view of the loader so that you can prevent any injury or incident?

  • Have you checked to ensure all personnel are clear and NOT on the platform?

  • Are you sure that the load is within loaders capacity?

  • Has the Power Pack been turned off after use

"B" Trailer Roof And Floor Mechanism - To Open And Set Up

  • Is the trailer well supported and level?

  • Using remote (in accordance with Manufacturer's instructions) raise roof fully then lower floor and deploy support legs so that they properly support floor, has this been completed?

  • Are the hand rails and stair rails secured in position?

  • Have you switched on CB.9W at main switch panel and battery switch and pressed reset button in fire panel?

  • Has the Power Pack been turned off after both sides are set up?
