Inspection Prior To Moving A or B Trailers

Is A Trailer side loader closed and secured? - USE ALIGNMENT MARKS (CLOSED)

Is B Trailer loader is closed and secured? - USE ALIGNMENT MARKS (CLOSED)

Is large personnel access door closed and locked? (on Drivers side of 'A' trailer)

Are both A and B Trailer Main Isolators switched off? ( A trailer may need to stay on if 3 phase gen set running cool-room whilst travelling)

Have you Checked that all cables, hoses etc are disconnected and both remotes are stowed away safely? (Remotes each have secure holder in their respective trailer)

Is the "B" Trailer generator switched off and fuel isolated, Generator pushed in and locked in position?

Are all the Doors, Loaders and lockers closed and latched securely where applicable?

Are the B Trailer side floors and roof closed and well sealed

Have you switched off Power switch CB-9W in main power panel and Battery switch in Fire Panel?

Has Drop in security / travel pin been put in place on Salamander?

Have you ensured all loose items are secured correctly? Polar Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, TV, and all small appliances etc

Have you Turned off all Gas Isolation valves including Rinnai HWS? (remember Valves 7 & 8 in behind Freezers 7B - 7C)

Has Power Pack been turned off?

Is B Trailer securely connected to A trailer or the Prime Mover?

Is A Trailer securely locked onto the prime mover including all air lines and electrical connections, check all lights are operational

Have you checked all exterior lights on Prime mover and both trailers?

Have you performed all pre travel checks, tyres, wheel nut indicators Oil, Fuel, Etc.?

Have you ensured the area around the trailers is clear before moving off?
