Do any of the risks have a final risk rating of "Moderate" or higher

Complete the daily risk assessment and verbally address the risks and appropriate control measures with the other staff on-site

All staff on-site have signed off on the SWMS

Is the BMU free from any loose objects, including anything in the cradle which may not belong to Briteway?

Are all operators free from any loose items, including anything that may be in their pockets?

Has all the equipment been tethered and secured as per training?

Has an exclusion zone been set up with appropriate signage where applicable?
