BMU SWMS

  • Date the Job Overview, Pre Work Hazard and Operational Checklist, and the Risk Assessment Sign off pages

  • Conduct Pre Work Hazard Checks

  • Do NOT Proceed. Contact Briteway Management

  • Undertake Daily Risk Assessment

  • Have there been any risks identified

  • Do any of the risks have a final risk rating of "Moderate" or higher

  • Do NOT Proceed. Contact Briteway Management.

  • Complete the daily risk assessment and verbally address the risks and appropriate control measures with the other staff on-site

  • All staff on-site have signed off on the SWMS

  • Upload a photo of the completed pre-work checks, daily risk assessment and staff sign off
