PIPED CABINETS

  • Carry out a full thorough leak detection of shop floor cases, pipework(where accessible) and cold room evaporators

  • Carry out a vacuum clean of all island drain pump motors and associated pipework - test drain away & visually inspect condition of waste pipework

  • Check and refit any dropped or loose kick plates and panels

  • Visually inspect lighting and associated fittings and fixings for operation and damages

  • Visually inspect bumper rails and glass ends for damage

  • Check and test all night blinds are operational, including holding clips and magnetic curtain stop ends

  • Check and inspect risers are free from damage and tighten/replace fixings/screws

  • Visually inspect all base plates and shelving are secure and in good clean condition

  • Check RDM panel for any new or historical alarm issues

INTEGRAL FIXTURES

  • Check control temperature and operation are within desired temperature /adjust as necessary

  • Inspect component condition and operation are as desired

  • check and clean condenser

  • Check and clean condensate tray including drain outlet and runaway

  • visually inspect lighting and isolator switches are operational

  • Check door seals /gaskets are in good condition

  • Inspect door hinges and door heaters / transformers are operational

  • Check and test local isolation including plug supply and secondary isolator

  • Check lighting operational

  • Inspect Discharge condensate pipework condition (If poor order, replacement)

Cold Rooms

  • Check evaporators are clean and free from dust and dirt

  • Check coils are clean and probes are correctly positioned

  • Check door release is operational

  • Check seals and gaskets are in good condition

  • Check drains are clear

  • Check flooring is in good safe condition

  • Check lighting is operational

  • Check isolation is correct and adequately labelled

Glazed Cold Room Door Checks

  • Check door seals for tears and damage. Order and replace and damaged seals

  • Check Doors retract automatically and tensioners are in good working order. Report any issues and order any required parts urgently

  • Check top and bottom hinge plates/pins for any signs of excessive wear. Report any issues and order parts required urgently. Isolate doors if necessary

  • Check all door handles are secure and in good working order. Report any damage and order required parts

Plant & Packs

  • Check all compressors are operational. Report any issues

  • Check all crankcase heaters are operational and connected

  • Carry out full leak test of all compressors, connections, shut off valves, condensers, pressure hoses etc. Repair and report any leaks found

  • Pressure Relief Valves- Check condition and and date of PRV

  • Check parameters and controls are adequately set

  • Check pipe clamps are of correct condition and no vibration is present

  • Check oil level/oil condition.

  • Check electrical components/contactors and overloads are in good operational condition. Tighten contacts and terminals. Replace and report any failed components

  • Clean components and internal housing

  • Check mains electrical isolation is functional and is good condition

  • Check and test condenser fan operation

  • Clean condenser coil using a pressure washer or OFN please provide before and after pictures

  • Ensure LP/HP switches are set correctly and functional

  • Check all panels and doors are interlocked/re-fixed correctly

  • Remove any debris from vicinity and ensure area is left clean and tidy

  • Ensure site is clear of any refrigerant cylinders. Report and submit cylinder collection form for uplift
