Introduction

  • Have you received and reviewed the latest copy of the Branding Brochure

  • Shopfront - Will the new shopfront require re-spaying to meet new branding specification?

  • Is there any existing damage to the glazing? would you like this upgrading to increase thermal properties?

  • Is there any areas that require cleaning, decoration works to the front of the store?

  • Is there any landscaping works required? i.e. cut down trees, de-weeding etc?

  • Is there any DDA access issues, damages to external paving, footpaths that need work?

  • Is there any white lining required for car park spaces or Yellow hatching for external fire routes?

Internals Works - All areas to be considered.

  • Signage - Will new internal signage be required to meet the new branding specification? (will require photos of all existing internal signage)

  • Will new decorations be required to meet new specification?

  • List the rooms required to be decorated. i.e. Reception Consult rooms, etc

  • Will any cladding be required within any rooms to meet current specification?

  • List all requirements, including colour of cladding and existing unitary colour in consult rooms for example.

  • Would you like new Joinery pack, such as Feature Timber Panelling, reception desks or any enhanced seating options?

  • Please list requirement's?

  • Are there any works to ceilings to be carried out?

  • Is the ceiling a painted finish or suspended ceiling tiles?

  • Is the lighting required to be upgraded?

  • Are there any floor finishes that are to be changed as part of the works?

  • Are then any AC or HVAC works required, including replacement or upgrade?

  • What is the current Asset duration on the existing units?

  • Are there any security works required?
