  • Does the site have current protection on common power!

  • Is there evidence of poor electrical installation? E.eg Meter board condition.

Insurance

  • Is there possibility of water leaks(flooding) causing damage? Drains, sumps, gutters

  • Is lighting adequate in areas that may create a trip or fall?

  • Is there any combustible opportunity? Fuels etc.

  • Is there evidence of potential risk of burst pipe? Any bad corrosion signs of leaking from pipes?

  • Is there risk of impact damage by vehicles or pedestrian hazard?

  • Are balcony and stair ballustrading at 1000mm height or more?

  • Are steps well defined and of consistent height?

  • Is there any hazard that protrudes that may pierce or cause harm?
